The decat for the Triumph Bonneville T120 is designed to maximise engine performance, delivering a more sporty riding experience. Handcrafted from AISI 304 stainless steel , this component improves exhaust gas flow by reducing restrictions and weight, integrating seamlessly with the bike. The decat pipe is compatible with both the OEM exhaust and Zard kits , enhancing power delivery and producing a deeper, richer sound. With a weight of only 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs) , it significantly reduces the bike’s overall weight, improving agility and throttle response. Each piece is handmade in Italy, featuring top-quality TIG welds . Its minimalist design ensures easy installation and perfect integration with the original frame. The Zard decat kit retains the OEM heat shield cover. Compatibility: Triumph Bonneville T100 (2021–2025) Warning : after installing the Zard decat, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
