DriftnDrive Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DriftnDrive. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims are handled.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, EU consumer law, or any other mandatory consumer protection law that applies to your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a voluntary 30-day change of mind return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless required otherwise by applicable law.

EU and EEA Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area and you purchase online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receive the goods. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, the 14-day period begins when the final item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@driftndrive.com.au with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw.

EU and EEA customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods for a change of mind withdrawal, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, not as described, or unless we have agreed to cover the cost.

You may inspect the goods in the same way you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and function.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not as Described Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@driftndrive.com.au.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where relevant.

For approved faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described items, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

EU Legal Guarantee

For EU and EEA consumers, goods are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee if they are faulty, not as described, or do not work as expected under applicable EU consumer law.

If a product has a fault covered by the legal guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@driftndrive.com.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay your return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method unless another method is agreed.

For EU and EEA withdrawal returns, we will refund eligible payments within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

For EU and EEA withdrawal returns, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, we are not required to refund the additional cost above standard delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@driftndrive.com.au.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement item is not available, we may offer a refund or another suitable remedy.

Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty periods and terms may vary by product.

Any warranty offered is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not replace or limit those rights.
