DriftnDrive Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with DriftnDrive. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, EU consumer law, or any other mandatory consumer protection law that applies to your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier availability, customisation requirements, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Depending on your location and the products ordered, shipping options may include standard shipping, express shipping, or international shipping.
Express shipping refers to the delivery method only. It does not always shorten order processing time.
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, supplier limitations, courier availability, or local import rules. Where applicable, these restrictions will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or communicated to you before dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, package size, package weight, and the products ordered.
The available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation where available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather events, incorrect delivery details, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless stated otherwise at checkout.
These charges are not controlled by DriftnDrive and are not always included in the product price or shipping price.
Before placing an international order, we recommend checking your local import rules, taxes and restrictions.
EU and EEA Customers
For customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area, available shipping costs and delivery options will be shown before payment is completed.
If you exercise your EU or EEA right of withdrawal, eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
For EU and EEA withdrawal returns, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order where required by applicable law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, we are not required to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS where tracking is available.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.
If your tracking details are not updating, please allow time for the carrier to scan the parcel. If there is still no update after a reasonable period, contact us for support.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
DriftnDrive is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, additional postage costs, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at jake@driftndrive.com.au. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Authority to Leave and Safe Drop
If you request or authorise a parcel to be left unattended, such as through authority to leave, safe drop, or carrier delivery instructions, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after the carrier records the parcel as delivered.
If you believe a parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation where possible.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or arrives with missing items, contact us as soon as possible at jake@driftndrive.com.au.
Please include your order number, delivery details, photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged item where relevant, and any information provided by the carrier.
Where a shipping issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, store credit, or another remedy required by applicable law.
