The new Zard "TOP GUN" exhaust for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster S 1250 has been designed to give a new identity to the design of this modern power cruiser. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel , this 2 in 1 slip-on kit is characterized by the body of the oval and streamlined silencers, with diagonally cut, carbon fiber end caps , in addition to the refined matte black Cerakote ® finish and the Zard logo laser-etched . The Zard “TOP GUN” exhaust for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster S 1250 is available in racing or Euro 5 homologated version and comes with the appropriate dB-Killer. The slip-on kit is lightweight ( -4.1 kg / -9 lbs for the racing version and -3.9 kg / -8.6 lbs for the Euro 5 homologated version compared to the standard silencers) and contributes to increase engine performance ( +3.4 HP for the racing version and +1.7 HP for the homologated version compared to the OEM system), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound. To complete this slip-on exhaust system, Zard has designed and manufactured an exclusive two-part carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the entire plastic unit of the original model and integrates perfectly into the bike’s design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research.
