Zard DIAVEL V4 EXHAUST | "MAKO" RACING SLIP-ON KIT (23-onwards) The Zard "Mako" exhaust system for the Ducati Diavel V4 stands out for its unique design, inspired by the sharp shape of a shark fin. Handcrafted in Italy, the kit includes a dual outlet silencer with a titanium sleeve and carbon fiber end cap, a central 2 into 1 header assembly made from AISI 304 stainless steel and carbon fiber heat shields and protective side covers. The kit also includes the HealTech ESE-D06 exhaust servo eliminator. The Mako exhaust enhances the design of the motorcycle while contributing to improved power delivery and performance. Compared to the stock muffler, the Zard muffler and header assembly delivers a power increase of +5.1 HP and a weight reduction of -9.1 kg (-20.1 lbs), making the Ducati Diavel V4 even more responsive and engaging to ride. The Mako Racing slip on kit for the Ducati Diavel V4 has been developed to enhance the sporty character of the motorcycle with a bold sound and a performance focused configuration. The exhaust is not equipped with a dB killer and is intended exclusively for racing use. Compatible with Ducati Diavel V4 Euro 5 and Euro 5+ models equipped with 4 or 6 lambda sensors. Warning: after installing the Zard slip-on kit, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from being activated, the ECU must be remapped by a professional ECU tuning or motorcycle performance specialist.
