The Puig Touring windscreen for the new BMW R1300RS 25’ has been designed with the main objective of increasing aerodynamic protection for the rider’s torso during riding. The central surface of the windscreen has been aerodynamically studied to provide optimal protection while reducing the turbulence generated by the original windscreen. When viewed from the side, the upper flip can be clearly seen, helping to redirect airflow and reduce the pressure reaching the rider, particularly eliminating the most uncomfortable turbulence around the ear area. The diagonal edges incorporated into the Puig windscreen design for the BMW R1300RS increase the structural rigidity of the screen while also creating a wide frontal surface that ensures full visibility during riding. These diagonal lines extend from the mirror area toward the headlights of the R1300RS, creating a dynamic design consistent with the front styling of the motorcycle. The lower central section features a specific cut similar to the original windscreen to avoid interfering with the BMW headlight. Available in clear, light smoke and dark smoke finishes.
